Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers by resolving issues and ensuring top-notch service.
• Coordinate between packing, delivery teams, and customers for smooth operations.
• Manage stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely office supply procurement.
• Supervise and guide the team to achieve performance goals and drive daily improvements.

Requirements:

• Must be Thai Citizen; Can speak English
• 1 year experience as an operations manager / product manager
