Operations Manager (Thai Citizen ONLY)

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues and ensuring high-quality service.
– Coordinate efficiently between packing, delivery teams, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
– Manage stock levels and place orders proactively to prevent shortages.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of office supplies.
– Lead and mentor the team to achieve performance targets and drive continuous improvement.

*Requirements:*

– Proficiency in English and Thai.
– At least 1 year of experience as an Operations Manager or Product Manager.
