Performance Marketing Specialist / Digital Media Buyer

• You should have expertise in managing advertising campaigns across various networks, such as the following platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, Propeller, TJ, taboola, reddit ect
• Analyzing and evaluating existing campaigns for performance and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Optimizing settings, graphics, placements, etc., to enhance conversion rates and ROAS performance.
• Applying creativity to identify opportunities for enhancing ongoing campaigns.
• Monitoring and manage budget allocation across various media platforms
• Collaborating with the design team for content creation to support campaigns.(if you have experience doing high converting creatives then thats a plus)
• Weekly: Show weekly reports for performance of how awesome you are at doing profitable media buying.
• Monthly: Compile monthly reports for management providing insights into spend, performance, etc., categorized by product and sites, etc.
• Objective: Drive substantial user growth across portfolio companies, multiple sites and projects.
• Compensation: Potential percentage bonus based on media spend and yearly bonuses.

Requirement:

• Good english communication and comprehension
• Atleast 3 years practical experience & has spend millions successfully on ads.
• Can monitor budget allocation, evaluate ROAS and can optimise performance of a campaign and understand why a campaign might not be working.
