We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience and a strong understanding of the payment processing industry. You will analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
- Analyze performance data for MIDs, banks, and gateways and escalate issues.
- Conduct data investigations using Power BI, Redshift, and PostgresDB.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to refine dashboards.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and manage alerts.
Weekly Tasks:
- Prepare and analyze marketing performance reports with the Media Team.
- Review weekly transaction trends across payment platforms.
Monthly Tasks:
- Provide strategic recommendations to product and data teams.
- Generate financial and risk assessment reports, including chargebacks and alerts.
- Evaluate marketing performance, costs, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Qualifications:
- Good command in English
- 5+ years in data analysis, preferably in payment processing.
- Strong SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, and Redshift.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
