We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin Assistant to support our Office Manager and CEO while occasionally acting as a receptionist. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and CEO, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, offering a professional and friendly reception service as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage office resources, including supplies, records, and filing systems, ensuring an organized and accessible structure.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with high attention to detail.
  • Help manage basic accounting tasks and expense tracking.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Thai citizen with excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role; familiarity with basic accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office technologies and third-party software tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
