JavaScript Developer (Business Logic)

We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Developer with experience in PostgreSQL and a solid understanding of business processes (admin, accounting, marketing, recruitment, etc.). The role involves developing and maintaining applications that support various business functions, ensuring technical solutions align with organizational goals and improve efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

• Develop web applications using JavaScript or Python  and SQL.
• Be a one man army to create business-driven software solutions using Retool.

Database Management:

• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, write complex queries, and ensure performance and security.

Business Process Understanding:

• Understand business requirements and convert into Flows and UI solutions to streamline operations across departments.

Integration & Automation:

• Integrate third-party services(Stripe, Line, Quickbooks, Slack ect) via API and automate repetitive business tasks.

Testing, Debugging, & Deployment:

• Test, debug, and deploy applications while ensuring stability and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in JavaScript development (Node.js, React) and PostgreSQL.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of various business functions and the ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
