Senior Data Analyst

📊  We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience and a deep understanding of the payment processing industry. In this role, you’ll dive into large datasets, monitor trends, and deliver actionable insights that support product, risk, and marketing teams in making smarter decisions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Daily:

• Analyze performance data for MIDs, banks, and gateways; escalate any issues
• Investigate anomalies using Power BI, Redshift, and PostgresDB
• Collaborate with Data Science to improve dashboards
• Manage alerts and generate ad-hoc reports

Weekly:

• Work with the Media Team to review marketing performance
• Track and interpret weekly transaction trends across platforms

Monthly:

• Provide strategic insights to Product and Data teams
• Create reports on chargebacks, risk metrics, and financial performance
• Evaluate marketing spend, cost efficiency, and ROAS

🧠 What You Bring

• Strong command of English
• 5+ years in data analysis (experience in payment processing preferred)
• Proficient in SQL, and either Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
• Skilled in Power BI, Redshift, Tableau, Matplotlib
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• A mix of technical depth and business insight
