Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and work with software engineers to push and even do hands-on coding with developers to build excellent products.

Deep Technical and Human understanding is a plus, you  will manage some projects from concept to completion, others you’ll join in to fix what someone else has messed up.

This role requires a strong technical background, leadership, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a technical team.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project completion.

Project Management:

• Oversee technical projects, create project plans, manage timelines, and track budgets.
• Ensure communication between stakeholders and resolve project risks.
• Take ownership of the Products
• Explore emerging technologies within Software development and AI to improve efficiency and drive innovation and speed up development

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in a technical management role, with a proven track record in team management and project oversight.
• Excellent English language
• Skills:
  Expertise in IT, software development, cloud computing, and working with different stacks.
  Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
